QUALIFYING AS A BUYER
The qualification criteria of the Travel Meet Asia series Buyers Programme varies year on year and is highly dependent on exhibitors' feedback and travel inventory.
Travel Meet Asia upholds a strict validation process to ensure all attending buyers are serious decision makers. The validation process is based on the following details:

Decision maker of a company whom had significant procurement volume of travel services such as accommodation, tour packages, air tickets etc.

Noticeable procurement track record within Asia and other destinations (Travel Meet Asia may conduct checks on proof of travel procurement for auditing purposes).

Buyer’s Rating – applicable to buyers whom had attended ITB Asia and/or ITB India before.
Note: The Buyers Team will consider exhibitor’s feedback on past buyers’ participation to the show. To ensure that all buyers are right matches to attending exhibitors, the Buyers Team may ask further questions or request for supporting documents from buyers.
